Professional. Compassionate. Understanding. Patient. Thoughtful. I have never in my life spent this much money, and felt like I got more than what I paid for. These people are angels. Literally. Christina at the front desk went above and beyond from the start. My matter was urgent, as my child’s life was in danger, but they had no immediate availability. She gave me other firms to call while she did what she could to move things around and find a way to get me going asap. I spoke to others, but none felt nearly as compassionate at these folks. I ended up saying it’s worth the wait if I know I’m taken care of, an hour later she called and said we got time for you today. Jolie even emailed me after hours to clarify an answer to a question I had asked hours prior. She finally finished working, yet continued to think about my situation. I never once called and didn’t get an answer. No email was sent and not answered within hours. I promise, no one cares more than them. These people are truly a blessing, and thanks to them I know not only did I do all I could keeping my child safe, but I succeeded.
