Program Description

Ellis Family Law PLLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with prospective and current clients who have contacted our office or explicitly opted in through our website or intake forms. Governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver

THESE TERMS SHALL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE SALE OF INTERNATIONAL GOODS, THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, NOR INCOTERMS.
